We sell filters and tell you exactly what they do.
ClearFit Filters exists because replacement filters became a category of OEM prices, vague promises and guessed compatibility. We do the opposite: fit data verified against manufacturer documentation, certifications stated per SKU, prices 40–73% below OEM.
Why we started a filter company
Buying a filter is a chore with a compatibility puzzle, a certification maze, and an OEM price tag. Here is what we set out to fix.
Compatibility is guesswork
Retailer listings show 40 near-identical filters and hope one fits. Returns are the business model.
Every SKU mapped to tested model lists, cross-checked against manufacturer documentation"Certified" hides the details
"NSF certified" rarely says which standard — and 42 (taste) and 53 (lead) are very different claims.
Per-SKU, per-standard labels — how we label itOEM pricing taxes loyalty
A $59.99 OEM filter and a $14.99 compatible one often use the same coconut-shell carbon block.
Direct from the factory, no retail markup — up to 73% below OEM on the same fit and mediaA real warehouse, not a dropship front
Indianapolis, Indiana
We hold our own inventory — 2,100+ SKUs under one roof — instead of routing through third-party sellers. A filter ordered Tuesday is usually in a UPS van Wednesday; our shipping times are boring in the best way.
Fit data, support and fulfillment: same team.

Ground for cartons, USPS for singles & PO boxes.

We're a store, so our incentives are suspect until proven otherwise. The operating standard for every claim in the Learn library and Water Problems reference:
Sources, not vibes
Fit claims trace to manufacturer service documentation; performance claims to NSF test reports on file. Can't cite it, don't print it.
Corrections, in public
Found an error? Email us — verified mistakes get fixed within one business day and noted on the page.
First-party testing, stated plainly
Claims from our own lab spot-checks say so. "Tested by us" and "certified by NSF" are different sentences, and we keep them different.
Trademarks, respected
EveryDrop, GE, Pleatco and model names belong to their owners. Our filters are compatible replacements, not OEM parts — every page says so.
About us — quick answers
Is ClearFit Filters owned by an appliance brand?
No. Independent — that's the point: we can say a $14.99 carbon block matches a $59.99 OEM filter because we have no badge to protect. Fit data covers 30+ brands' bays, not their business.
Are your filters NSF certified?
Per SKU, per standard. Standard lines: NSF/ANSI 42. Premium: 42 + 53 (lead & cysts). A page that doesn't list a standard means the SKU doesn't carry it — read the labels.
Where do orders ship from?
Our own warehouse in Indiana — 2–5 business days to most US addresses, free over $49 (placeholder). Details on the shipping page.
What if a filter doesn't fit?
The 1-year fit guarantee: correct filter shipped free, both ways. It's a replacement, not a return — returns are separate.
Hold us to the rules above.
Find your filter, check the claims, compare us to anyone. That comparison is our business plan.
