LG Refrigerator Water Filters
LG refrigerators use the LT-series cartridges — LT500P, LT600P, LT700P and LT800P — plus the parallel ADQ part numbering that causes half the confusion in LG filter shopping. Our fit library maps 497 LG-badge models plus 608 Kenmore-LG twins; type your model number and the finder resolves both numbering systems.
Two things to know before ordering. LG machines carry two valid part numbers for the same cartridge (an LT code and an ADQ code — e.g. LT600P / ADQ36006101), so a listing under either number is often the same part. And in 2025 LG introduced a notch design change on some tank-fed models: cartridges cut for the new notch seat fine in updated bays but older-style generics can fail to lock. Our model pages flag exactly which variant a fridge takes — that check is worth ten seconds before any purchase.

The LG filter system at a glance
| Bay / system | Part numbers | Models in fit library | |
|---|---|---|---|
| LT600P the most common LT line | LT600P · ADQ36006101 | 138 + 366 Kenmore twins | |
| LT700P | LT700P · ADQ36006102 | 112 | |
| LT500P | LT500P · ADQ73310908 | 98 | |
| LT800P higher-capacity variant | LT800P · ADQ73213404 | 52 |
Counts from the verified fit library. LT and ADQ codes pair one-to-one — the LT number is the consumer code, the ADQ number the service code; either listing is the same cartridge. 2025+ models: check the notch note on your model page.
