01How the Calendar Works
Add Your Appliances
Pick a category, name the model or size. The exact filter and its factory replacement cycle come straight from our fit database — 12,000+ published models.
We Track Every Expiry
Each filter gets a live countdown ring on your home timeline. Pool cartridges follow the swim season instead of a fixed month count.
Reorder Before They Die
One email, two weeks out. One click to reorder when the time comes — no subscription required.
02Calendar Questions
Free, and no account — your calendar lives in this browser the moment you add a filter. Leave an email if you want the heads-up messages; that’s the only thing we use it for.
Cycle times come from retailer catalog data in our fit database — e.g. EDR1RXD1 fridge filters are rated 6 months / 200 gal, 1-inch HVAC filters 3 months, 4-5 inch media 12 months. You can always override the default on any device card.
Tell us “roughly half its life ago” and we’ll estimate from the midpoint. The first reminder then calibrates you: whenever you mark a filter replaced, every future date sharpens.
Pool cartridges wear with use, not calendar time. During your swim season (typically April–October) we track a 4–6 week peak cadence, relax it in the shoulder weeks, and pause reminders entirely once the pool closes — your spa cartridge keeps its own winter rhythm.
Not yet — the Calendar focuses on reminders. When a filter is due, the reminder email links straight to the product so you can reorder in one click, on your own schedule.
